Our projects

In Schonensche Straße in the Pankow district of Berlin, Livory is developing a modern residential project comprising a total of 140 rental apartments on a plot of approximately 2,600 m². Schrobsdorff Bau AG has been appointed as the general contractor for the implementation. The development offers around 7,140 m² of residential space, distributed across seven above-ground floors as well as an additional three-storey garden house, and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028. The project is being realised to the Efficiency House 40 standard and meets high sustainability requirements, including DGNB Gold certification, a fossil-free heating system, as well as measures such as photovoltaic systems, green roofs, and rainwater management.
