Located in the Weitlingkiez neighbourhood, the site was most recently used as a car workshop and is now being transformed into much-needed housing. The project will provide a diverse mix of apartments catering to different household sizes. Planning permission has already been secured through a preliminary building permit. Livory is responsible for the development as Investment and Development Manager on behalf of an investment mandate from Henderson Park.
