- Livory achieves an annual GDV of over €200 million, which corresponds to more than 2,000 units per year for institutional investors, private clients and family offices.
- The group leverages its strong network and partnerships with investors, banks, brokers and operators through an experienced team of 70 employees.
- Its sister company, smartments, employs around 70 people and operates serviced and microliving apartments throughout Germany and Austria.
