In Erkner near Berlin, Livory is developing a modern mixed-use quarter on the site of a former supermarket, comprising 142 rental apartments as well as complementary commercial and hospitality spaces in a direct waterfront location. The project combines contemporary housing with an attractive mix of uses and sustainably enhances the centrally located site near the train station. With around 12,000 sqm of gross floor area, a future-oriented residential and mixed-use concept is being created with excellent connections to Berlin.
