At Revaler Straße 2 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, 125 rental apartments and two commercial units are being developed. Livory is responsible for asset and leasing management on behalf of Henderson Park. Completion is scheduled for November 2026.

The Warschauer Straße S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is a four-minute walk away, providing connections to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram. The RAW-Gelände and Simon-Dach-Straße can both be reached within a five-minute walk.

The approximately 2,360 sqm site is being developed with a residential building offering around 4,124 sqm of living space. It comprises 108 one-room apartments ranging from 26 to 39 sqm, 11 one-and-a-half-room apartments ranging from 36 to 46 sqm, and 6 two-room apartments ranging from 43 to 64 sqm, all featuring custom-built carpentry fixtures. In addition, there are two commercial units with a combined area of approximately 247 sqm. The general contractor is Schrobsdorff Bau AG.

The building is being constructed to the Efficiency House 40 standard, meaning it requires no more than 40 percent of the primary energy used by a comparable reference building. The energy performance certificate rates the building A+. Heating is provided by geothermal energy and a heat pump, supplemented by a photovoltaic system.
