At Revaler Straße 2 in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district, Henderson Park is developing FRIEDRICH, a modern residential and commercial building comprising 125 rental apartments and three commercial units on a site of approximately 2,360 sqm. HamburgTeam has been appointed as the general contractor for the project. The development comprises approximately 4,125 sqm of residential space and 247 sqm of commercial space, distributed across seven floors in the front building and six floors in the garden building, plus a basement. Completion and initial occupancy are scheduled for 1 November 2026. The one- and two-room apartments feature bespoke built-in carpentry. The property is located directly on Warschauer Straße, in the heart of Mediaspree. The project is being developed to the BEG Efficiency House 40 standard and has an energy efficiency rating of A+. Heating is provided by geothermal energy and a heat pump, complemented by a photovoltaic system.
