Our residential development with 124 rental apartments in Berlin-Lichtenberg has reached another important milestone.
Just a short time after receiving the building permit at the end of April and breaking ground shortly thereafter, the project is already taking visible shape. The foundation slabs for the first two rear buildings have been completed, and this week the first prefabricated components for the serial construction process were delivered to the site.
Three of the project's four buildings are being constructed using serial construction methods. This modern approach enables a highly efficient execution of the extended shell construction, including prefabricated bathroom modules. As a result, we are creating the conditions to deliver much-needed housing more quickly and sustainably.
With the installation of the first prefabricated elements now underway, our project is literally rising from the ground – another significant step toward completion.
