About us

Livory - The core of future living. Livory is a Germany-wide developer of residential properties with a focus on subsidized and privately financed rental apartments, serviced apartments, micro-apartments, and housing solutions for students and seniors. 

The company emerged from GBI, which was founded in 2001, and has so far realized more than 7,500 residential units with a total volume of around 1.6 billion euros. Projects with a total value of over 1.4 billion euros (GDV) and around 2,700 planned units are currently in the development phase.

All new projects are implemented in accordance with the highest sustainability criteria, including DGNB Gold, EU Taxonomy compliance, CRREM, and EH55/40. Livory is a portfolio company of Henderson Park.

Acquisition

We acquire land nationwide in cities with a population of 10,000 or more, focusing on A, B, and C locations. Our core asset classes include subsidized housing, student accommodation, apartment buildings, senior living, urban district developments, and hotels. For individual properties, we look for a gross floor area (GFA) of at least 4,000 square meters; for district developments, up to 90,000 square meters.

We purchase both undeveloped land and conversion sites or existing buildings and bring extensive experience in the redevelopment and repurposing of complex locations.
